Link your telephone number or email to track your purchase. Keep the email/digital card or the physical card handy.

Bring your gift card to your visit
Show your digital card (on your phone) or your physical card at checkout.
We apply the balance to your total
Your gift card can be used for services or retail products (any remaining balance stays on the card).
How does a Black Bella gift card work?
Your gift card must be presented as payment at the time of booking or purchase to redeem. Please call for assistance 202-646-0411.
The dollar value may be applied to your choice of spa services and/or products. Sales tax and gratuity are not applicable.
How do I share a Black Bella Spa gift card?
-A plastic gift card can be handled like a prepaid credit card. Access to the card number and pin are detailed on the rear side of each card.
-Digital ECards can be shared via SMS or email. ECards can be delivered via text or email within 1 year of purchase. You may schedule delivery immediately or in the future.
-At the time of purchase you may attach a recipient's email or telephone number to a gift card purchase to track the card balance.
How long is a gift card valid?
Your gift card does not lose any dollar value for 60 months from the date of purchase.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and hold no cash value.
How do I track a gift card?
Gift cards can be printed, loaded into your Apple Wallet, linked with a telephone number or email.
Gift card purchases may be tracked by the purchaser's contact information and/or the credit card they used to purchase the gift card.
