Relaxation massage is best for stress, deep tissue or therapeutic massage is better for tension, sports massage supports active bodies, and lymphatic or detox-focused bodywork helps with fluid movement and recovery. Yes. You can request light, medium, firm, or deep pressure. Communication helps the therapist customize the session safely.

No. You undress to your comfort level. You will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked exposed. Per Maryland state law professional bolstering (draping with sheets) is mandated. All services provided at the spa are safe, professional and therapeutic.

Please mention any concerns it during intake. Your therapist can focus on (or avoid if applicable) those areas and recommend the best massage style.

For general wellness, once a month is a great start. For chronic tension, stress, athletic recovery, or physically demanding work, every 2–3 weeks may be helpful. Massage Memberships are available.
