Must be licensed & insured in the state of Maryland for Massage & Esthetician roles (licensed Cosmotoligist accepted)
Must have on time work attendance. Attendance & preparation is required
Must be able to maintain agreed upon work schedule consistantly
Must have a clean criminal record. A background check is required
Must be willing to sell services, products & rebooking, while working at the spa (per our training)

Must be able to provide our clients with an exceptional luxury experience (per our training)
Must provide attention to detail
Must have accountability for the client experience
Must be able to able to work under authority (adhering to instruction)
Must be able & willing to perform Black Bella standard protocols (provided during training)
Must be willing to contribute beyond the minimum expectations (this is a luxury spa environment)
Must have positive, professional, upbeat, kind, and "can do" attitude
Must be willing to maintain a safe, clean, work environment while at the spa (per training)
No idle time while in the spa (training will be provided for down time)

Must have a clean, neet, appearance
All head wraps or head dress (for religious or other reasons) must be neat and on brand (pink or black)
Work appearance must be odor and stain free on clothing
Work clothing must be on brand (per training)
Must have an fragrence free personal body smell. This includes lotions and hair products. (must have no body smell)
Must present odor free natural hair, wig or weave hygiene
Hair must be neatly groomed and tied back while working in the spa (pulled away from face while in the spa)
Fingernails must be clean, short and neat
Men- beards must be clean and well groomed of minimal length

Must study & adhere to the Black Bella computer systems as given to you (per training)
Must have a quiet & professional demenior while working
Must adhere to the Black Bella Standard of service provided in training
Must be competant at basic service techniques & be willing to adhere to new standards (per our training)
Must be able to provide our clients with an exceptional luxury experience (per our training)
Must be willing to maintain a safe, clean, work environment while at the spa
Must maintain professional boundaries, discretion & confidentiality while working with clients (per our training)
Must be competant and willing to learn our standard for communication and sales (per our training)
Must be willing to maintain spa level and Maryland state (SOAP) required notes for all clients
Must be willing to perform job duties as listed in spa software (per training)
