What's a Black Bella Spa Membership?
Spa Memberships- Pay for your service as a monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Save BIG on service fees by committing in advance. Book ahead and stay organized with your self care.
Are the memberships interchangable?
Each membership is specific to the service category you've subscribed to. The services can not be exchanged.
Massage = Massage, Facial s = Facials, Body Scrub = Body Scrub & so on.
May I add another service to my membership bookings?
Yes. In fact, you will receive "Member's Only" pricing for services added on to your monthly treatments. Ask a team member for details.
How do I book my monthly membership appointments?
Each month a prepaid booking link (valid for 30 days) is delivered to you with every subscription payment.
You may schedule appointments within 60 calendar days.
Will the pricing of my membership ever change?
Your introductory rate remains as long as your membership is maintained in good standing. Lapses over 30 days will require a new membership subscription with the current terms and pricing.
May I pause my membership?
Yes. You may pause a membership and billing for u to 60 days. Pausing requires you to contact a Black Bella Spa Team member prior to your anniversary billing date to temporarily halt billing & service redemptions. *NonPayment, declined credit cards and/or blocked payments do not constitute a paused plan.
What's a Black Bella Spa Package?
Spa Packages- Purchase several appointments at one time. Redeem your pre-purchased appointments at any time. Ex. Sally purchased 6 Back Fat Reduction sessions at one time. We will send a link (text & email) to schedule your appointment whenever you want.
May I gift sessions of my package to a friend?
Treatment sessions are non-transferable.
How long does my package last?
Your sessions last for 60 days from the original purchase date. (Exceptions Venus Bliss & ProCell as these treatments are once monthly)
Must I use all of my treatment sessions for the same body area?
You may utilize your sessions for multiple areas. Examples: belly & bumm, thighs & neck, back & hands and so on.
As long as the treatment is indicated for the areas of concern you may utilize it. Multiple treatments can usually be performed in a single appointment to save time.
