Hiring Portal & System:
Hiring portal is set up like this:
ROUND ONE
-user goes to main website and clicks "we're hiring"
-user goes to hiring portal page
-user reads basic requirements
-user clicks the button to determine which job they want to read the description and apply
-user reads unique job offering page and fills out job specific application form
-user completes the application and gets a thank you confirmation and a message that tells you about round 2 which is to study the site
-automation triggers that tags the potential hire based on job desired
-automation sends management a text to check the pdf
-automation automation waits 7 days and reminds management to check the pdf application
ROUND TWO
-management reviews the pdf application attached to potential hire
-management opens the hiring page which contains the form to determine the hiring outcome. Management fills out the form "application results" form is linked to the potential hire based on their email address
-automation is triggered based on completion of the form "application results"
-if application is a potential yes- user is sent a page of instructions with a zoom scheduling link for an interview
-if application is a no- user is sent a decline email.
-ROUND THREE
-quiz on knowing the complete
