-Put in the first and last name & phone number of the client (get this from the spa system, do NOT ask client) Then click SEARCH
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE NAME, CONFIRM THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OTHERWISE IF ITS NOT THERE, ASK THEM TO CONTACT CARE CREDIT AND CALL YOU BACK.
-Look to see if the account is active, and check the available credit to make sure they can buy the service.
WHAT TO SAY:
-I see your care credit account is active and ready to go
-Lets talk about what you would like to book
-You said you were interested in _________ let me make sure you have all the options.
EXPLAIN THE WEBSITE OPTIONS

-Go to the care credit homepage
-click "new transaction" (link is on the top right, green button )
then choose "purchase", click continue
then choose second selection "send purchase transaction to the clients device"
-Fill out the complete form based on spa system (ask client for birthday) INCLUDE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT in the "purchase amount field"
-Be sure to put TODAYS date in "date of service order"
-make sure that the "program name is care credit"
-skip client id
-click "send to device"
-click "copy link" and send it to the client in the spa system from the contacts page via sms (text message)
WHAT TO SAY:
-OK! I sent it! Please complete it right now so that I can confirm your payment
-Once I see it, I will confirm your booking and we are all done.
WHAT TO DO:
-go back to the home page for CARE CREDIT and click "recent transactions" which is 3rd from the left to confirm that the client has completed the transaction
-click the clients name and copy the reconciliation number and place it in the notes
Book the service for the client in the website system using the COUPON CODE: CARECREDIT24 & the regular card number

-There will be a notification on the cherry page beside the view transaction button that says "checkout complete"
-Click on the 3 dots and then click on "view transaction" for contract ID
-Put contract id and service booked into notes
